Our clinical massage therapy setting is perfect for anyone looking for deep muscle therapy, scar tissue removal or for breaking down muscle adhesions. Deep tissue massage is working “with” the muscle tissues not “on” the muscle tissues. It is not about how much force you can generate, but rather releasing postural holding patterns and lengthening muscles. This deep massage work can be relaxing and nurturing to many but it also can be slightly painful and uncomfortable to some. Better posture, alleviation of pain and stress, improved flexibility and fluid movements with your muscles in motion is our emphasis.

At Roman Paradigm Massage, our massage work is therapeutic. RPM’s belief is that in order to achieve results with tight or weak muscles, massage and bodywork could be optimized by a consistent systematic approach. Our massage techniques are precise. Our massage therapists or bodyworkers, as we like to call them, use the latest massage techniques available in order for you to overcome problems associated with tight and weak muscles that a spa massage facility cannot offer.
